Angela is the owner and lead coach/facilitator at Armstrong Associates. In addition to running the business she has particular experience in creating a  people development strategy that delivers on your business strategy, and designing leadership development programmes.  With significant operational experience in change management Angela enjoys working with fast-growth companies or those targeting culture/behaviour change. As a facilitator Angela brings ‘high support, high challenge’ and creates a safe and exploratory space that compels people to step up to the next level of performance. Outside of work Angela loves to dance (blues and tango), travel off the beaten track and make a difference where she can. She lives in Warwickshire.
